FPS: Gifted & Talented

Horizons Program

Philosophy The Horizons Program recognizes and serves those students whose intellectual ability, rate of learning and creative potential require a differentiated modality of instruction beyond that which is available in the regular school program.

Goals The primary goal of this program is to provide a unique environment in which high ability students are encouraged to explore, investigate, question, design, create, produce and evaluate their own work at levels that reflect their individual potential.
